The resort has 53 modern 5* apartments available to rent. There are 1 bed and 2 bed apartments for rental available, each featuring award winning technology to make your holiday as relaxing and safe as possible.
Furnished to a very high standard, the apartments have fully fitted kitchens with Siemens appliances, luxury bathrooms and lounge/diners. The private terraces have tables and chairs where you can relax with a cool drink.

Parques Casablanca luxury apartments have won awards not only for their design but for the innovative IHAS system, which "looks after" each and every apartment.It monitors everything from a safety angle like fire hazards and floods etc to giving by the minute access to ADSL LAN connection, phone lines and providing a wide variety of TV channels. Even the apartment door entry system is hi-tech. You don't use a key or even insert a card into a slot to open your door. You simply swipe the key card across the number at the side of the entrance! Very useful if your hands are full of beach towels and chairs and you have the card in strategically placed deep in a pocket.
The Pools at Parques Casablanca
Our main feature is a 200 square metre lagoon pool with an ornamental bridge. There is also a children's section of the pool, a waterfall and ample terracing for relaxing in the sun on the sun loungers provided.

The superb restaurant has inside and outside dining, on the large terrace overlooking the lagoon pool. Inside there is a bar too. An extensive menu offers a great choice of food. The restaurant is managed by one of the best restaurateurs in the Costa Blanca region. We also have the refreshing pool bar, so you can relax with a drink while soaking up the sun.(Restaurant & Pool Bar opening times are seasonal)

Situated in a quiet area near the beach, there is a fully serviced reception, ample parking both around the site and also for a small additional charge in the underground car park. Assistance with luggage and on call 24 hour emergency service.
